Off the Cliff

Cortisone shot in right elbow today, the one I said was 'not as bad as the left, generally' until the doc started putting it through its range of motion. And then it was click click ow ow. Thus, shot. And I have half a vial of the stuff if I want to do the left one. Doc says I will see results in two to three days but effect won't last more than six weeks max. Which is weird, because the knee shots were every three months.  But if I have a good month I might just get some more cleaning done around here. Refrigerator, I am looking at you.
