Well, there's the noticeably lousy editing job in the American hardcover edition I just finished. On examination, all the other Pratchett I have is the English- Canadain version with the price in pounds and $CN.

I still can't see why the punctuation should have got screwed up in the course of editing for British English though, and typos allowed to slip *in*.
