Have closed window again, not because it's cool but because someone somewhere is power sawing or something and it echoes in the walkway between houses. They may have been doing it for months and I never registered it because the window was closed and the fan was on. Also there seems to be a concert on down at Christie Pits in spite of Covid cases rising back into triple digits, and the wakamono are doing their wakamono yelping thing. Have never figured out why young guys yelp like that. Maybe they think it's manly? But what it does is spray saliva, so even if you're outside I'm not sure it's a good idea.
